• Cost Accounting and Financial Management (basic concepts and processes used to determine product costs, analyze and evaluate information for cost ascertainment, planning, control and decision making) 
• Taxation (knowledge of the provisions of Income-tax law relating to the topics) 
• Advanced Accounting (understanding of the conceptual framework for the preparation and presentation of financial statements, working knowledge of the professional standards and application of accounting principles to different practical situations) 
• Auditing and Assurance (objective and concepts of auditing and working knowledge of generally accepted auditing procedures and of techniques and skills needed to apply them in audit and attestation engagements and solving simple case-studies) 
• Information Technology and Strategic Management (understanding of Information Technology and its use by the business as facilitator and driver)
