Verification panel was very Helpful.
There were 3 members in the interview panel : 2M 1F

F1: where do you came from?
Me: Told

M1: Asked about educational Qualification and then Why do you want to switch from software to this job?

Me: Told

M1: Being a girl.Will you be able to handle this job?
Me: Told

M2 : What is the role of ADO?
Me : Told

M2: How will you recruit Agents?
Me: Told

M2: Do you know any about LIC Product?
Me: Told

M2:What is Endowment policy and ULIP?
Me: Told

M2:Do you know about IRDA?
Me: Told

M2: Do you Know about TRAI?
Me:Told

M2:Do you know about current telecom issue which is going on?
Me:Told

F1:What is the main difference between Plan and Strategy?
Me: Told

They smiled then and said thank you so much :)
I thanked all and came out :)
