How about we start the day with some inspiration. Today is the day when one of the greatest personality of India, Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was born. Today is his 84th birth anniversary and many events are organised all across the country to celebrate his birthday. A personality like him deserve the honour and respect and there are very few who earn it and Dr. Kalam was one of them. He might not be present today but his work for the country will always remain with us. Let us read about the People's President.
Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen "A. P. J." Abdul Kalam was the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. A career scientist turned reluctant politician, Kalam was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, and studied physics and aerospace engineering. He spent the next four decades as a scientist and science administrator, mainly at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and was intimately involved in India's civilian space program and military missile development efforts.
