IBPS has started it's Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism, where anone facing any kind of problem related to IBPS or examination can lodge a complaint and IBPS will give them the solution required. All replies on the grievances lodged shall be given at the registered email address within a reasonable time of registering the grievances.
