A Tale of a Warrior

July 23, 2015

Dear Readers,
One of your readers has sent us his success story with all the ups and downs that a person faces while preparing for the Govt exams.
Hi everyone,

Bankersadda.com has always been a source of inspiration to me . You would not believe but I always used to follow success stories more as compared to G.a sec. my story may not be a success story but yes it is what I have achieved under opposite circumstances. My elder sister was selected in sbi as a clerk the day I used to feel being a clerk is so simple as my own sis can do so although I  appeared few exams but never took it seriously.

I devoted my entire one year for CAT prep and scored 70 percentile although I got good govt. colleges I took risk to abandon that plan and started preparing for banking. (Thanks to Ashwini Jha)
I started my prep from 6 July 2014 the day I was supposed to take admission in ism Dhanbad.
I got news of my cousin(Shalu) of same age got selected in b.o.i.
And during these 7 months I I appeared for almost 10 exams including ibps po clek rrb  ssc and ib gone through every mental torture possible. I used to sit in a single room all day busy on laptop probably. I often used to tell my papa(M.K Karn) “aap langdey godhey pe dau laga rhe ho”. Even I was not sure but my papa always had faith on me.

Gone under societal pressure whats common in young gen’s life. But the day results were declared believe me I was not scared because I was mentally strong enough and had faith on me that may it be good or bad it is not gonna change my life…… its just a result…
Right now I m placed in B.O.I as probationary clerk feeling blessed…. And still I heard from someone that u r not a PO. And I am happy one of my relative said this so that I could take it as a challenge and proceed further.

One of my friend (Deepak Jha) has already been inspired by my job. And I hope you guys too will atleast relate yourself  to it. A source of inspiration can be anyone be it a person or a situation or a story or anything.

Thank you dear for sharing your experiences and your views
