Hello friends..
Today I am glad to share my interview experience with you all.
My interview was scheduled at 1:30pm at Bank of Baroda Bhavan sansad marg, New Delhi. When I reached the venue at 1:15 pm and almost all the candidates were present there. Then I move inside n I was given a two sheets of paper to fill it and then I was called for document verification after half an hour. Then at 2:30, 10 students were called for the GD.
We all move inside and the topic was written on the board " ways to improve the rural sector of India" and were told that 32 mins would be given for complete discussion. The initial two minutes was for writing about the topic and last 10 min for individuals to speak for around 1 min and the remaining time for discussion. There were 5 members in the panel 4 gents and 1 lady.
As per the serial no 1 by 1 individual were called for PI. My no came at 3:50 pm. When I entered the room the chairman was going through my papers and asked you are a B.tech graduate?? I answered yes sir smilingly..
- Then he asked me why you want to come to banks and not in your field??
- Then the lady member asked me about the banks nationalisation.. Is sbi Nationalised??
- Then next member asked me about White label ATMs and what are the functions we can perform at atms??
- Again the lady member asked me about the RTGS transfer..
- Then one member asked about the functions of bank??
And finally the chairman tells me..thank you Mr. Anupam...all the best.. The interview lasts for 10 min.. To my aspect I think my interview was fine as I answered them all the questions...lets hope for the best.. Rest is the result.. :))
