After a long wait my name was called for document verification around 5pm. But middle of the document verification process, my name was called for Group Discussion so I left my Doc verification in middle and went for GD. There was 15 students in each GD group, we had given a number batch 1 to 15. In panel there was 3 sirs and 1 mam. The senior sir gave us a topic and told you have 2 min to think on it and write point on notepad (they will provide a notepad to each students), After this you have 20 min to discuss on topic ( Open GD).
My GD topic was:
- Financial Inclusion: A model to trap future opportunity /or, discharge our social obligation?
Some others GD topic was:
- Role of Banking Sector in Indian economy?
- Banking sector After Five Years?
- Banking Career, Good or Bad?
- Marketing in Banking?
- Education is necessary for success?
After GD , I went again for Document verification. Mam who was verifying my document, she took around 1/2hr to verify my all document. She checked almost every things in Xerox copy like Roll no.DOB, Registration no, Marks, Date etc.
I called for interview at 6:45 pm. I asked them to communicate in hindi because I was more comfortable in hindi, then sir told me we spoke good in GD then why you want to communicate in hindi.. let’s communicate in English only. interview was around 10 min.
Questions Asked in interview :-
Q. Why gap after graduation(2012-2015). Did any course during this?
Q. About 3rd and 4th holidays. What you think, How banks will mange it?
Q. Why banking sector?
Q. What is the norm for small and payment banks? – ( I included about small and payment banks my during GD, that’s why they asked this question)
Q. According to you which subject you will get less in BOB written exam? ( I told – English)
Q. why your English is week?
Q. why you are not preparing for state level exam like bssc, there is no English paper in this state level exam..
Q. I explained All the questions they asked. And they were satisfied with my answers… so my 2nd interview experience is really very good and I am happy with my performance in GD/PI..
