Here we are posting the Interview Experience shared with us by "Tom Cruise", one of the BA Readers. Hope it will help the aspirants having interview in the upcoming days.
I reached the venue at 8:00 am. At sharp 9:00 am they allowed us to enter. They took us to the confrence hall. A big round table was there. Both panel candidates were there. Soon they started the process of document verification. The head directed us to arrange the documents in order.
Documents Required:-
- Biodata form filled in completely(No columns should be left blank)
- Use NA,NIL or NO accordingly for the columns not relevant to you.
- 4 copies of the original biodata form with original photographs affixed on them.
- All marksheets and certificates regarding 10, 12 and graduation(consolidated and provisional/degree).
- Any 2 Character certificates of the following:
- (i) college principal
- (ii) gazetted officer (Not more than 6 months old) original
- (iii) present employer
- caste certificate or any other certificates if you belong to any specific category.
Note : - Biodata form must be attested by Gazetted officer and all other document copies must be self attested.
My document verification started at 9:45 and it took only 7-8 minutes. All the staff members were very friendly. During the whole process they were kidding with us and made us completely relaxed.(Mai thoda jyada ho gya :P). 10th 12th ki marksheets dekhke unhone kaha...marks to acche hai yar tumhare...fir jaise hi B-Tech ki marksheets pe aaye fir unhone kaha.....are ye kya ho gya bhai....Girlfriend wagerah ke chakkar me pd gye the kya :D
I was 6th to be interviewed.Mam came, and took me outside the interview room to wait there. Meanwhile they offered breakfast to all the candidates. Mere muh me pani aa gya...but maine control kiya or dil pe patthar rakh ke samjhaya apne mn ko, ki interview ke baad :D :P
Now, at around 11:00 am my turn came.
I entered the room asking May i come in sir. They said yes, please come.
I wished all of them. Then they offered me Seat. There were Four members in my panel, 3 male and 1 female.
M1: Aap bhi alwar se ho??
Me : yes sir.
M1: Apne B-tech kiya hai...to fir IT sector me try nahi kiya?
Me: Told them the story.
M1: Pahle bhi koi interview hai?
Me: told
M1: kitne marks se rah gye?
Me: Told.
M1: ohh....thode se margin se rhe ho..
M1: to apne analyse kiya ki kaha pe kami rah gyi thi?
Me: GA me.
M1: kuch kr rhe ho iske liye?
Me: Told them.
M1: Newspaper padhte ho?
Me: No sir.
M1: fir kaise preparation kr rhe ho GA ki?
Me: Told them about bankersadda and some other websites.
M1: Tum kaise bharosa kr sakte ho kisi website pe, ye fraud bhi to ho sakta hai?
Me: Explained.
M1: aap News paper padha kijiye, usme kafi news hoti hai.
Me: yes sir, i will. :)
M1: Kya padh ke aaye ho?
Me: Told.
M1: Accha NPA kya hota hai or kyu hota hai?
Me: Answered.
M1: Aisa hua hai kya kisi company ke sath?
Me: Sorry sir, No idea.
M2: What is Budget?
Me: Answered.
M2: budget ke liye paise kaha se aate hai government ke pas?
Me: Answered.
M2: Tax kitne type ke hote hai?
Me: nahi pta sir
M2: direct or indirect tax pta hai?
Me: yes sir.
M2: kya hote hai ye?
Me: explained.
F1: kya padh ke aaye ho?
Me: Told
F1: SBI ke bare me btao kuch
Me: explained
M3 : national award kaunsi movie ko mila tha?
Me: i said court.
M3: hindi movie btao...its marathi
Me: sir isi ko mila tha.
M3: Queen.
Me: sir iske liye kangna ranaut ko mila tha best actress ka award.
Then they said thank you. I too said thank you :P
It took almost 15 minutes. it was just like a discussion. It was a good experience for me as i was confident throughout the interview.
