Kitchen Hack: This Might Be The Quickest Way To Cut A Watermelon

With summer approaching, you can't find a corner on Indian roadsides that's not offering temptingly fat, glossy watermelons. However, it can be quite a task to get to the real treasure inside. Which is why this this guy has come up with a neat, super-quick solution to slice a watermelon without letting kitchen resemble a crime scene. All you need is your melon, a cutting board and a sharp knife.



Watch how he neatly slices the exterior of half a melon first with three neat swipes on either side:





Then, he proceeds to cut out an outline inside:



Finally he slices the whole thing into squares:



And simply tips out the entire melon! We also love how he uses the exterior husk to serve the fruit. Bon appetit!
