Nearly two weeks after it was first uploaded, director Homi Adjania has finally responded to all the criticism around the 'My Choice' video, which featured actress Deepika Padukone.
Adjania, who directed the video, put up a long status on his Facebook page in which he tagged 16 people, responding to those who accused of the video of encouraging adultery and 'male-bashing'. In his post, he has denied both, saying, "Owing to such a overwhelming mix of reactions, I want to restate that our film #MyChoice is a reminder that all women's choices, however unconventional anyone can imagine, are their own. The intention of the film does not in any way advocate or promote the actions in the words and we all have to make choices in life after considering the consequences."

The video, part of an ongoing campaign by Vogue India, went viral after it was uploaded on March 28 and evoked mixed reactions.
