Number of students from Mumbai in 2012 = 60000
 Reqd difference = (80000 – 60000) = 20000

Total number of students in 2009 = (30 + 50 + 70) × 1000 = 150000
 Reqd % = 250000 –150000 /150000 *100 = 66.66%
