My name is Bhaskar Mishra. Selcted in IBPS PO/MT VIII 2018 mains for interview with 93 attempts. I was preparing through Adda247 online video courses, and I specially want to thank Gopal sir for his BA course which helped me a lot in preparation, so my interview was as follows.

"I entered in the room with may come in sir?"
M3: Yes! Beta come in and please sit down. We know your name so tell us about your family like what is father's occupation and all.
ME: I told them all with little bit nervousness.
M4: Tell me what do you want to change as a Bank Manager.
ME: I told sir will work as much as i can to reach the highest customer satisfaction level. I will create a very healthy work enviroment for staff.
M3: What is customer service and customer delight.
ME: Doing what customer want is customer service but doing what he want but making him happy is customer delight.
M4: Tell us what are the other sources of bank's income than interest.
ME: Service charge.
F1: Bank lockers etc.
ME: I said, sir I meant lockers also comes under banks service charge.
M3: Koi baat nahi beta kabhi kabhi interpretation galat hojaati hai.
M2: When is the next Budget.
ME: I said don't know sir.
M1: Tell the name of a very famous Deputy Governer of recent times.
ME: I said don't know.
M4: What is soil health card.
ME: It was launched by Modi govt in 2015 for checking the health of the soil so that they can predict which crop will give best output and also it will provide knowledge about nutrients of soil like nitrogen which is very important for soil etc.
M4: Should election should be done with time frame.
ME: After a little bit hesitation I said yes.
M4: What is next budget name.
ME: I said sorry sir i don't know.
M2: Kaha se ho?
ME: I said from Prayagraj.
M3: What is budget of kumbh.
ME: I said 2000 crore.
They said ok! Beta ab aap jaiye.
