Be Proactive, Not Reactive.
Well, when you yell at or cause harm to yourself after falling short of your expectations, you are reacting to the situation. Reaction, in no ways, leads to success. If you verily want to be successful, you will have to change your ways. By being proactive and guiding yourself in the right direction before you choose the wrong way, you are well on your way to success.
