Karnataka Bank has released the notification of Officer Scale-I (PO). ☛ What are the posts available under this recruitment project for freshers?
The post which will be available in this recruitment project is of Probationary Officers.
☛ When will the exam be conducted?
Karnataka Bank's recruitment of Probationary Officers will be conducted on 24th January 2019 (tentative).

☛ How many vacancies are there?
The number of vacancies is not defined in the notification. You'll have to wait for further updates from the bank.

☛ What is the educational qualification required for various posts in this recruitment process?
Candidates should be Post Graduate in any discipline (Excluding PG Diplomas) or Graduates in Agricultural Sciences or Law as on 01-12-2018. Those who are awaiting results shall not be eligible to apply.
☛ The exam will be conducted online or offline (OMR Based)?
Common Written Exam for Karnataka Bank's Probationary Officers will be conducted online.

☛ What is the Structure of the Examination?
The structure of the examination is not yet defined in the advertisement for recruitment published by Karnataka Bank. To know about the structure of the exam we'll have to wait till any further notice is released. The online test will be conducted at following centres Hubballi Dharwad, Mangaluru, Mysuru and Udupi Centres

☛ Will there be an interview after the written examination?
Yes, there will be an interview for the recruitment process of Probationary Officers. The successful candidates in the On-line test would be called for a Personal Interview round. The final merit list for selection will be based on your performance in the Online Test and Interview.

☛ What is the age criteria to apply in this common written exam?
Minimum 21 years to Maximum 28 years [Candidate must have been born not earlier
than 02-12-1990 and not later than 01-12-1997 (both days inclusive)] as on 01-12-2018

☛ What is the Application Fee?
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges shall be as follows –
Rs. 600/- [Rs. 500/- in case of SC/ST candidates] plus applicable GST

☛ When will the registration start?
Candidates can apply online only from 24-12-2018 to 02-01-2019

☛ What is the cut-off for being recruited?

There is no fixed cut-off. It depends on the performance of the candidates. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each section of Online Examination as decided by the bank.
