Business Development Executives (Male Candidates Only)

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years
We are looking for a Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Salary Range- As per the industry norms
Admin Executives (Male Candidates Only)
Walk-ins Timing: 12PM to 5PM
Required Experience: 1 to 2 years
Candidates should have minimum 1 year of experience in admin profile, Looking for Immediate Joiners
- Branch Admin Activities
- Supervision and bill processing of House keeping
- Organizing of housekeeping materials / stationery and bill processing.
- Canteen and Pantry maintenance
- Records maintenance
- Keys management and maintenance
- Organizing for printing of stationery like business cards, letter heads, ID cards etc.
- Bill processing of Security, housekeeping and other vendors
- Photo copier machine maintenance , bill processing , AMC
- Meeting with vendors on monthly basis for feedback and improvements
- Making arrangements for Poojas/Festivals/Events
- Preparation of MIS reports on all Administrative activities.
