1. STUPOR (noun):अचेतनता 
Meaning: a state of near-unconsciousness or Insensibility

2. STYMIE (verb): गतिरोध, बाधाएं डालना

3. NABBED (verb): पकड़ लेना, दबोचना 
Meaning: catch (someone) doing something wrong.

4. INEBRIATED (verb): मदोन्मत
Meaning: make (someone) drunk, intoxicate

5. ENTRENCH (verb):मोर्चाबंदी बनाना

6. INIQUITOUS (adjective):अधर्म 
Meaning: grossly unfair and morally wrong.
Synonyms: Nefarious, Sinful, Unethical, Unlawful, Unrighteous, Unsavory, Vicious, Vile, Villainous, 
Antonyms: Decent, Ethical, Honest, Moral, Righteous, Sublime, Upright, Virtuous

7. MAKESHIFT (noun):बदली, एवज़
Meaning: a temporary substitute or device.

8. GRIPE (verb):कष्ट, शिकायत करना  
Meaning: complain about something in a persistent, irritating way.

Antonyms: Commendation, Compliment, Plaudit, Acclaim, Applause, Praise, Approval

9. TROTH (noun):शपथ, वचन  
Meaning: faith or loyalty when pledged in a solemn agreement or undertaking.
Synonyms: Oath, Pledge, Promise, Vow
Antonyms: Disloyalty, Faithlessness, Falseness, Infidelity, Perfidy, Treachery, Unfaithfulness
Usage: They plighted their troth to each other.

10. BETOKEN (verb):सूचित करना, जताना
Meaning: be a sign of.
Synonyms: Bespeak, Indicate, Denote, Mean, Point (to), Signify
Antonyms: Deny
Usage: The flashing of the buttons on the console does indeed betoken the need for new batteries in the unit.
