RBI Assistant Mains Exam Analysis: 20th December 2017

Dear Readers,
RBI Assistant Mains Recruitment Exam was conducted today (20 December, 2017). The exam varied between the difficulty levels of moderate and difficult. The General Awareness and reasoning sections made students confused with difficult questions. 

Ideal Attempts

The exam was divided into 5 sections and 200 questions to be attempted in 133 minutes. There was a specified time limit for each section that was a drawback for the students because they were not able to review their answers to give more time to one section which they found difficult.

Numeric Ability

Difficulty Level- Moderate to Difficult
40 questions to be solved in 30 minutes was a tough task with 3 sets of DI (Bar Graph, Caselet and Tabular).

This section had 40 difficult questions to be solved in 30 minutes. Students found RC passage extremely hard. RC passage had 12 questions out of which 4 questions were vocabulary based

This section was difficult. There were five types of puzzles asked in this section which were

General Awareness

Difficulty Level: Moderate-DifficultThis section covered banking, Static and current affairs of last two months. There were 10-12 Questions from static gk and current affairs. Banking awareness question were very basic.

Computer Awareness
Basic questions on Software,Hardware,Port, Internet, Network etc were asked.
