Managers :
- Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply.
- Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
Senior Managers :
- Any Post Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Preference will be given for MBA/ professional qualification like CA/ICWA/LLB.

Age (as on 1stNovember 2017)

Managers :
- Minimum - 25 Years
- Maximum - 30 Years
Senior Managers :
- Minimum - 28 Years
- Maximum - 35 Years

Experience :

Managers : Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience and not less than 2 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
Senior Managers : Minimum 6 years post qualification work experience and not less than 5 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
