1. Indian & Russia firms signed agreement for IT Solutions:

• India and Russia have signed an agreement to cooperate in Information Technology and 
• The agreement also include cooperation in Smart City projects, cyber security and e-governance 

2. MOU between Yes bank and Abu Dhabi

• A Memorandum of understanding was signed between Yes Bank and International Financial Centre in Abu Dhabi. 
• The MOU helps to further foster cross-border exchange between the fintech ecosystems of the United Arab Emirates and India. 

3. MoU between NHO and AYUSH

• An MOU was signed between National Health Organization of USA and ministry of AYUSH for development of Ayurveda and Yoga.

4. MOU between EESL & IOCL, BPCL, HPCL

• For distribution of Energy Efficient appliances under UJALA scheme an MOU was signed between EESL and IOCL, BPCL & HPCL. 
• As per Memorandum of Understanding IOCL, BPCL & HPCL companies will take up the distribution of LED bulbs. 

5. MoU between India and Russia

• India and Russia have agreed to increase cooperation in the area of skill development at the ongoing World Skills Abu Dhabi (WSAD) event in the UAE.

6. Mega Apparel Park:

• An MOU was signed between Arvind limited (Textile company) and government of Gujarat to set up a mega apparel park in Dahegam in Ahmedabad district. 
• The total cost of the project is Rs. 300 cr. 

Other information:

1. UJALA scheme :

• Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All 
• The main objective of UJALA scheme is to promote efficient lighting, enhance awareness on using efficient equipment which reduce electricity bills and help preserve environment. 

2. EESL:

• Energy efficiency services limited. 
• The EESL is setup for implementation of energy efficiency projects. 
• It is setup under Ministry of power. 

3. AYUSH:

AYUSH means
A- Ayurveda
Y- Yoga and Naturopathy
U- Unnani
S- Siddha
H- Homeopathy
