Indian badminton player Kidambi Srikanth has won the French Open Super Series men's singles title today by beating Japan's Kenta Nishimoto in straight games.
This is Srikanth's 4th title in the season. He already completed a hat-trick of Super Series titles by winning the Indonesia Super Series Premier, Australia Open Super Series and Denmark Open Super Series Premier. This is his second consecutive title in two weeks after winning the Denmark Open in Odense last week.
With this, Srikanth became only fourth men's singles player to win four or more Super Series titles in a calendar year.
