UIIC Assistant Prelims 22 September 2017: Exam Analysis

Dear Readers

The first shift of UIIC Prelims Exam 2017 which is held on 22 September is over now. Many students with a hope to take a step forward in their career appeared in the exam. As per the information that we gained from the students, the exam was not too difficult to attempt. Questions were easy to
moderate and thus candidates were able to attempt a good number of questions. According to us, the ideal attempt for this exam would be  75-85.

This exam was basically cover three topics: English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.  Total 100 questions were given to be solved in one hour. Here is the exam analysis of Slot I

English (Easy-Moderate)

Again this section had easy questions. No new patter questions on error spotting and cloze tests were asked. In reading comprehension, 2 questions on Synonyms and Antonyms each were asked.

This section has just one Tabular DI Set which made this section easy for the students. They were happy as there were many questions of easy level that helped them to solve this section very quickly

16×0.5= 8
8×1 = 8
8×1.5 = 12
12×2 = 24
24×2.5 = 60
Answer: 60
