SBI PO is the most sought after recruitment process by banking aspirants. Group Exercise and Personal Interview is the final round (Phase-III) in SBI PO 2017 Recruitment. Last year SBI introduced a prioritisation based group exercise which is also being conducted this year in the Group Discussion Round. After reaching the venue they conducted document verification which was followed by the start of Group Discussion.
GD Topic- Should India Go Cashless?
Each candidate spoke on the above-mentioned topic for few minutes after which the group came to a conclusion. Group Discussion can be a tensed situation for some, but with confidence and clarity of thought, one can easily score in this phase. It is important to maintain the decorum of the session and avoid being too loud. Put forth your views and opinions firmly best backed by figures or facts and also let your fellow group members voice their opinions.
Group Exercise - Time Management Skill
Group Exercise is performed after the discussion. In this group exercise candidates were given a set of few qualities/ attributes/ traits/ parameters which they had to prioritise according to their understanding of the topic/ situation/ thinking ability.
Personal Interview
M1: What are you doing after 2015?
Ans:- I tried to explain it well, but still this one is a tricky question and rarely any answer can be satisfactory for the interviewer.
M1: Why Banking After Engineering?
Ans:- Well explained again but he cross-questioned me again.
M2: Hobby:- Watching and Playing Cricket.(He asked about Kohli’s Record), How many innings he has taken for 30th Century?
M2: NPA…? (Well explained)
F1: Purpose of demonetization and whether It a success or failure… (well explained…)
M3: He was Punjabi… he asked, “Have you heard about Leverages?”
I said Yes
M4: Asked about some technical term from Mechanical Engineering…
I said Sir I am from ECE Branch and I am not able to answer that and I said sorry… Everyone smiled and I too have smiled…
M4: Any big achievements of yours?
I said was the 3rd topper in class 10th from my school… And have secured highest marks in science i.e. 99 in India…
I said good bye to Mam and Sirs
