1). Subliminal (Adj)
Synonyms: Subconscious, unconscious, hidden, concealed  
Antonyms: Explicit
Definition: (of a stimulus or mental process) below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it.
Usage: The screen flashed subliminal messages.
2). Abjure (Verb)
Synonyms: Renounce, relinquish, reject, dispense with
Antonyms: desire, adhere
Definition: solemnly renounce (a belief, cause, or claim).
