Job Profile/ Responsibilities

  • Responsible for circulation of currency and coins issued by RBI
  • Manage state and central government accounts
  • Perform merchant banking functions.
  • Inspection, audit as a statistical investigator
  • Documentation and supervision
  • Highly respectable job among the public.
Work Pressure
  • Require a high level of efficiency and competency.
  • Work pressure will vary based on the role.
  • Desk jobs as well as inspection level jobs that involve travelling.
  • Interaction with lot of people can be hectic
  • Answering RTI queries
  • 13 lakhs per annum
  • Basic pay of 21,000
  • Initial Monthly Salary Rs. 47,855.00

  • Grade pay Rs. 2400 to Rs. 5400
  • (Grade Pay varies according to designation)
  • In-hand pay of 31,101 and go to 52,000.
A departmental examination to be taken after 5 years to get promoted to Grade C
