Eight people K, L, M, N, O, P, Q and R live on eight different floors of a building but not necessarily in the same order. The lowermost floor of the building is numbered one, the one above that is numbered two and so on till the topmost floor is numbered eight.

P lives on an even-numbered floor but not on the topmost floor. Only three people live between L and P. L lives immediately below O. Only two people live between R and M. K lives immediately above Q. There are as many people between Q and R as are there between R and O.

Directions (Q. 6-10): Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:

A₁, A₂, A₃, A₄, A₅, A₆, A₇, and A₈ are seated in a straight line but not necessarily in the same order. Some of them are facing south while some are facing north.

(Note: Same direction means that if one person is facing north then the other also faces north and if one is facing south then the other also faces south. Opposite directions means if one person is facing north than the other person faces south and vice versa.)

 A₆ sits third to the right of A₈. Only two people sit between A₂and A₅. Only three people sit to the left of A₅, who faces south. A₈ is an immediate neighbour neither of A₅ nor of A₂. A₈ does not sit at any of the extreme ends of the line. Both the immediate neighbours of A₄ face north. A₄ is not an immediate neighbour of A₈. Only one person sits between A₁ and A₄. A₁ faces the same direction as A₈. The immediate neighbours of A₂ face opposite directions. The persons sitting at extreme ends face opposite directions. A₃  faces a direction opposite that of A₄.
