Car U speed = 120×25/100=30 km/hr.
Distance = speed × time = 30× 2 = 60km.
Car U distance 20% = 60 km
Car R distance =60/20×13= 39 km
Car R time =39 /(120×15/100)= 2.16 hr
Similarly,
Car P distance =60/20×15 =45 km
Car P time =45/(120×20/100)= 45 / 24 = 1.875 hr
Total time =2.16 + 1.875 = 4.035hr

Car R distance 13% = 78 km
Car P distance =78/13×15 = 90 km
Speed of P=120×20/100=24 kmph
Then Car P time =90/24= 3.75hr
Similarly,
Car S distance =78/13×15 = 90 km
Speed of S=120×10/100=12 kmph
Then Car S time =90/12= 7.5hr
Required time difference = 7.5 – 3.75 = 3.75 hr
