 Name:  Rajan Shaha
Qualifi: Bsc(Physics)
Place: Pune
Select: Bank of India clerk

Hii friends,This is Rajan fromPune,Maharshtra. I completed my graduation in year 2014 from Pune and like most of students I was also in dilemma about my career.Being from NCC background & fan of Armed forces,I decided to prepare for CDSE & Afcat exam but failed in starting.I got NCC special entries  for army but couldnt even make it to screening procedures and it wasted my around 1 yr.Meanwhile I also gave IBPS PO 4 which went on like a disaster for me.I was also working in a private laboratory and side by side was preparing for defence and bank exams.Later,After so much thrust from my gf,finally I joined a coaching institute and cleared basic banking syllabus. I used to do job from 9AM to 6PM. Take a bus to coaching centre and attend it from 7 to 9 PM.Eveything this happened in year 2015.

In year 2016, I kept on practicing all syllabus without knowledge of competition & gave all exams but couldnt make it to the either interview or final list. Then I appeared IBPS Po5 and Clerical. Clearing Po Pre And its Mains raised my confidence,in this flow I overlooked clerical mains & results of both exams were big blow for me.I couldnt make it to the final list again. I realised what happened & I came to know about real competition. Meanwhile I gave 6 SSBs, this time I was able to clear screening procedures but couldnt make it to recommendation. Then as usual family pressure, Kya kr rhe ho? Pdhyi me itne ache hokar bhi achi job Q nhi milri? so much frustration...

Going through all this, I decided that I will be making cut anyhow this year.I started preparing.Gave prelim of Po & immediately after sensing my success I left my job.Gave clerk prelim and success was obvious. But,this time I decided that I will change my strategy for mains.I had my PC in non functioning conditions, immediately got it fixed.Bought a net connector and started preparing. In all this preparation,I took help of Careerpower test series and most importantly Adda 247 App.I practiced daily quizzes, referred daily GK updates and all regular capsules. Everytime I tried to increase my performance & after some time it started giving results. In this manner,I appeared Mains of both Po and clerk. Both went good & I was pretty sure of my success as my Po interview was also good. Finally results were announced on 1st april when I was returning from my FSB of Indian coast Guard after incurring one more failure.I made it to the final list after 2.5 yrs of my graduation.

                   IBPS PO 6 ( got 39.3/100, cut off 39.9)
IBPS clerk (Mains 39.28/100, cut off 35.47) Selected in BOI
South Indian Bank PO (waiting for GD PI Dates)

My efforts yielded a sweet fruit for me & now I can proudly say that I have a good job.
I would like to dedicate my success to my family members,Adda247 App, and my all Brothers cum Friends (Sidhu,Shree,Amar,Aniket,Anoop,Sudhir,All wadians circle),especially  for always motivating me at every step of my life.
Thank You everyone !!
