I want to dedicate my success story to all engineers of India who have a dream to be turn into professional Bankers. I am Lagdhirsinh Solanki.
After completing my graduation in B.tech Mechanical, I was campus placed in Hitachi with good package. I started journey as service engineer, but after 11 months of service, i was not confirmed as permanent employee at Hitachi. So, I was indirectly fired from my first company by HR team and that time I felt sad for my self. I was in completely negative mode. But whatever happen in life that has good reason behind it.
As engineer, My Maths and Reasoning is too good. Due to Transparent and timely recruitment process by IBPS, i started preparing for Banking examand applied for IBPS 2015.
IBPS PO 2015- Prelim failed (failed in English Section)
IBPS clerk 2015- Reserved list (By 0.10 marks)
After my failure in IBPS-2015 exam, I was completely demotivated. But failure taught me a lot. I research on my weakness and realised that I am good in Maths and reasoning, but I am weak in G.A and English.
So in IBPS-2016 exam, I tried again with more focused on my weakness. That weakness brings success in my life. I want to thankful to Bankersadda to provide good material on G.A like monthly Hindu Review, Daily G.K updates. I dedicate my Success to Bankersadda Team.
