Hello, Greetings!! SSC CGL Pre 2017 will commence in the month of June/July 2017. In order to help and guide all of you, we're going to post VOCABULARY BASED ON THE HINDU NEWSPAPER. In all the competitive exams, Vocabulary questions are asked from newspapers.
1.Insipid
Meaning: lacking flavour; weak or tasteless.
Synonym: tasteless, flavourless, unflavoured
Antonym : interesting, imaginative, tasty

2.Crescendo:
Meaning: a gradual increase in loudness in a piece of music.
Synonym:escalation, upsurge,apex
Usage:"each time the key changes, there is a gradual crescendo"

Meaning: existing from the time a person or animal is born, existing as part of the basic nature of something

Antonym : acquired
