PM FASAL BIMA YOJANA
the main motto of this scheme is to provide insurance coverage and financial support to the farmers in the event of natural calamities, pests & diseases and to stabilise the income of farmers to ensure their continuance in farming.
Crop covers under this scheme
The scheme covers Kharif, rabi crops as well as annual commercial and horticultural crops. For Kharif crops, the premium charged would be up to 2% of the sum insured. For Rabi crops, the premium would be up to 1.5% of the sum assured. For annual commercial and horticultural crops, a premium would be 5 per cent.
Important Points
1.There is no upper limit on Government subsidy so farmers will get claim against full sum insured without any reduction
2. Post harvest losses are also covered.
MISSION INDRADHANUSH
Objective
1. Full immunisation coverage from present 65% to 90% for all children by 2020
2. All children under the age of two years and pregnant women are fully immunised with all available vaccines.
3. All vaccines are available free of cost under the Universal Immunization programme in India
Important Points
1.The Mission Indradhanush, depicting seven colours of the rainbow, targets to immunise all children against seven vaccine preventable diseases namely Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Childhood Tuberculosis, Polio, Hepatitis B and Measles
2.first phase of mission has identified and targeted 201 high focus districts in the country that have the highest number of partially immunised and unimmunized children
JANANI SURAKSHA YOJANA
The main objective of this scheme is Reducing maternal and infant mortality by promoting institutional delivery among pregnant women
Important Point
1. Eligible pregnant women are entitled to cash assistance irrespective of the age of mother and number of children for giving birth in a government or accredited private health facility
STAND UP INDIA SCHEME
The scheme is intended to promote entrepreneurship among SC/ST and women and further give a push to government’s financial inclusion programme.
Important Point
1. Composite loan between Rs. 10 lakhs and upto Rs.100 lakhs, inclusive of working capital component for setting up any new enterprise.
2. Refinance window through small industries development bank of India (SIDBI) with an initial amount of Rs.10,000 crore.
3. Creation of a corpus of Rs. 5,000 crore for credit guarantee through NCGTC(National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company).
More than 250 Candidates were selected in SBI PO 2016 from Career Power Classroom Programs.
