The Preliminary phase of the IBPS RRB Officer Scale – I Exam had started from 04th November 2016. The third & final set of the exam is scheduled today. The fifth slot of the exam was scheduled for 05:00 pm – 05:45 pm. We are now going to provide you the analysis of this slot of the exam.
The level of the exam was Moderate.

(iii) Data Interpretation (3 Sets) – 15 Questions (Easy to Moderate)

(iv) Quadratic Equation – 5 Questions (Easy)
(v) Miscellaneous Questions – 10 Questions (Moderate)
Miscellaneous questions include – Age, Probability, Partnership, Profit Loss, Average, Boats & Stream, Compound/Simple Interest, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Time & Work, etc.
Reasoning Ability (40 Questions)
Level – Moderate
(i) Syllogism – 5 Questions (Easy)
(ii) Inequality – 5 Questions (Easy)
(iii) Puzzle – 10 Questions (Floor based arrangement)
(iv) Seating Arrangement – 5 Questions (Moderate) (people sitting in a rectangular arrangement, some facing inward and some facing outside)
(v) Linear Seating Arrangement – 5 Questions
(vi) Direction – 2 Questions
(vii) Blood Relation – 3 questions
(viii) Miscellaneous Questions – 5 Questions (Easy to Moderate)
(Alphabetical Series, Coding – Decoding etc.)
