- Input – Output devices
- External storage devices
- Operating Systems

- Primary and Secondary memory

Computer Shortcuts
This is another important topic for the exam. Try to learn the common keyboard shortcuts or the shortcuts used in MS Office. Again, it is easier to learn when you practice it. Apart from this, try to cover the common computer terms as well as commonly used computer abbreviations.
