Below is the Bank of Baroda Manipal PO 2016 Interview Experience of GradeUp user.
Name – Rajesh Jakkula
Venue–Hotel Best Western Ashoka, Hyderabad
Date of Interview – 07th November 2016
Qualification– Btech in CSE (2016)
Reporting Time –9:00
Reached interview location by 8AM. We were given two forms to fill-up biodata. They told to arrange the documents in sequence order. SSC marks sheet,+2,Graduation certificate, caste certificate, if any other certificates which are relevant to your academics. They asked to show Original Certificates but I provided them provisional certificates along with custodian certificate as my college did not issue the original certificates yet.
After document verification, we were asked to wait for GD.
The topic was, Is the Marketing essential for Banking Growth? We were 10 members and They had given 2 minutes time to think on that topic.After that They had given 13 minutes time to discuss on that topic and told that One should conclude after completion of that time within 2 minutes of time.All the members participated enthusiastically. Interview was started at 2’O clock. They asked everyone the basic questions on banking. If the person having gap after graduation they are asking the reason for that almost everyone is from B.Tech background so basic question why you choose banking rather than engineering? What is banking? Why banks? If There are no banks what will happen?
My Interview went like this..
Me: Wished them good afternoon
Panel: What’s your name?
Me: Rajesh
Panel: You are from CSE, 2016 passed out right?
Me: Yes sir.
Panel: What do u know about banks? What is Banking?
Me: Answered
Panel: Ok, you can leave.
Me: I was shocked coz they asked just two questions. I felt little bit tense.
Panel: You can leave Rajesh
