Hello Friends,
Before starting let me introduce myself. I am kunal, i have done engineering in 2013, after that I did MBA in 2015.
The idea of preparation of govt jobs, struck me, while i was doing MBA. As you all know a degree from private college is almost worthless these days. Despite being a MBA & B.E getting a decent job in private is almost rare.
So i started preparation from June 14. IBPS PO was my 1st exam, I studied well for that but eventually failed in written. Cutoff i guess was 81 for general & i scored 76. I still remember the day of the result, it was a nightmare for me. I was hoping to clear PO that year. Somehow, i gain my confidence & start preparing for clerk. Cleared written, scored 144 .But missed in final merit by 0.2 which was another big setback.
That year i filled almost every form of banking & insurance but still not able to get into final merit, because of low written score. I am not writing the name of exams as there were many, & I failed in all of them. The thing which i learned from my failures is that they are must for success.
If you don’t fail, you won’t understand how sweet the success is
My 1st success was BOB manipal . but i didn’t join that because of the bond & it was a very tough call that I made. I backup myself with full confidence & then never look back.
2015-16 was the best year I had. Almost cleared every exam I appeared except SBI PO.
Final selection:-
- IBPS PO (written 97) got syndicate bank
- IBPS Clerk (written 161) got BOI
- The latest UIIC AO (score yet to out)
The only thing which i want to tell you guys is that success doesn’t require you to study for a whole day. You just need to be smart. I know luck is very crucial, but still if u have done your part then you will surely be through. As IBPS PO is just a few days away, so many of you are preparing very hard for that just a one advice to all of you.
Don’t get dishearten if you won’t succeed at first. Just have a little patience. Government job will test your patience along with your hard work. Have confidence in yourself, be relax and give your best shot. As far as source of study is concerned Gradestack provides you ample material, don’t look for many sources, stick to few & get yourself go.
May the force be with you.
Thanks!!
