A winner is not a person who does not fail but,
it is he who rises up every time he fails and tries again.
Let me start with my introduction.
I am Ekta, graduated in Chemical Engineering B.Tech in 2011 and got placed in IT firm. But due to some unavoidable reasons I had to leave my job in December 2012 and got married in Feb 2013. After that I started to appear in banking exams as I had thought of taking a PSU/govt job.
I started with SBI PO in 2013 , then in sequence IBPS RRB, IBPS PO and IBPS CLERK. I failed in all the exams but to my shock I cleared IBPS PO . But unfortunately could not make to the final list.
Try, try and try till you Succeed
Success Story – Ekta, SBI PO 2015
Again started giving exams in 2014 but with better preparation this time. I could clear only IBPS Clerk and failed in all other exams. This time also inspite of good marks in written I could not make to the final list. Then I analyzed where I am lacking and started my preparation with new strategy. At this time my family ( husband, mom and dad) supported me a lot.
Started again with more confidence with SBI PO Prelims and cleared it, then qualified SBI PO Mains also. Now was the biggest hurdle for me GD and interview. This was the time when I found Gradestack.
I was a silent reader of many banking websites
but the initiative taken by Gradestack of practicing GD and PI on the website compelled me to create my disqus I’d. (Ekta)
I practiced all the GD and interview sessions here and got valuable feedback from Neeraj Sir and Deep Sir on my answers. This time I was ready for the GD and PI and made to the final list in SBI PO with very good marks in GD and interview. In the meanwhile I kept practicing for the other written exams from this site which helped me in clearing all the exams back to back IBPS RRB PO, IBPS RRB CLERK, IBPS PO Prelims.
At last I would say that –
If you are unable to crack the written exams,
then analyse which is the section you are lacking and work more on it.
You will definitely get success.
Friends one suggestion for you all is –
“Believe in yourself and keep trying as the best is yet to come”.
Thanks
Ekta
