- Disabled - not having one or more of the physical or mental abilities that most people have
- Disheartened - to lose confidence, hope, and energy
- Progressive - happening / developing slowly in stages
- Legislation - laws
- Enabling - making something possible or easier
- Constitute - to be considered as something
- Framework - a system of rules, ideas, or beliefs that is used to plan or decide something
- Efficacy - the ability to produce a desired or expected result
- Verdict - an opinion or decision made after judging the facts that are given (judgement)
- Adequate - enough or satisfactory for a particular purpose
- Statutory - decided or controlled by law
- Formulate - to develop all the details of a plan for doing something
- Memoranda - an informal legal agreement
- Instance - an example
- Grievance - a complaint that you have been treated unfairly
- Spectrum - a range of something (here public employment)
- Contravention - an action that is against a law or rule
- Enhanced - improved / increased
- Echelon - a level or rank in an organization / a profession, or society
- Alarming - worrying or disturbing
- Barrier - something that prevents movement or access
- Inconsistent - not staying the same in behaviour or quality
- Disheartening - causing to lose confidence, hope, and energy (discouraging)
- Earmarked - to keep something for a particular purpose
- Enactment - the making of a law
- Conformity - behaviour in accordance with socially accepted standards
- Obligation - something that you must do
- Revamped - give new and improved form, structure, or appearance
- Stakeholders - a person or group of people who own a share in an organization
- Render - to provide / to give
Topic 2 : "Discovery with Juno"
- Discovery - the process of finding information, a place, or an object, especially for the first time
- Aeronautics - the science of designing, building, and operating aircraft
- Orbit - the curved path through which objects in space move around a planet or star
- Being knocked down - being hit by something and fell down
- Intense - of extreme force / great strength
- Unlike - different from / not similar to
- Predecessor - a thing that has been followed or replaced by another
- Probe - to examine something with a tool, especially in order to find something that is hidden
- Aurora - a natural appearance of coloured light in the sky
- Earnest - completely serious
- Shielded by - completely covered by
- Vault - a roof / cover
- Compromise - to risk having a harmful effect on something
- Invaluable - extremely useful
- Incinerate - destroy by burning
