- Wherewithal - the money necessary for a particular purpose

- Urbanising - to build houses, offices, etc. in an area of countryside so that it becomes a town
- Withstand - to be strong enough, or not be changed by something
- Vagaries - unexpected events or changes that cannot be controlled and can influence a situation
