LIC AAO 2016: Exam Analysis - 12th March 2016 - Slot - I

March 12, 2016

Dear Readers,

The first slot of LIC AAO 2016 is over and we have contacted many students regarding the difficulty level and the topics emphasized on. Friends, The LIC has continued what it started last weekend. The paper remained easy with no surprises in any of the section. Just the Quant section seemed a bit lengthy and time taking but those maintaining composure have managed it well. Anyone preparing with heart and soul can crack the exam. Let us discuss below.

In-depth Analysis of the Exam:

In exam, 160 questions were asked which were segregated under five sections, namely, Mathematics, Reasoning, English, GA & Computer. The English was qualifying in nature. The reasoning and Quant carries 3 marks per question whereas GA and computer carries 2 marks each.

Overall the exam was Easy from a student's point of view. Out of all the sections, Maths and Reasoning were high scoring and both the sections were easy as well. Let us look below for all the action presented by LIC. Some students said that quant was a bit lengthy and it is the only difference we found

General Awareness section again included most of the questions from February and January. Students have said that the questions were based on current affairs and some were from Static Part. So all those appearing for next shift or tomorrow are strongly suggested to go through Feb and Jan current affairs and you can easily attempt 20-25 questions with some of the static part.
