SUCCESS STORY: Dena Bank

Hi friends,
I would like to share my success story with the bankers adda team which I hope will be helpful for the upcoming aspirants for bank exams .
At present I am working as a PO in Dena bank.It was my long wish to get into the most prestigious banking institution i.e SBI. When the notification came out in April I was too excited as well as nervous because it is really an arduous task to crack such a highly competitive exam where more than 20 lakhs candidates apply for  mere 2000 posts.

My parents have been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement throughout my journey.I was a bit weak in data interpretation section and at times I would think of giving up but my mother was always by my side to encourage me and instill positivity in me.I started practising a lot from previous year's question papers and competitive exam books.
Apart from this i ardently followed all the updates of bankers adda , be it any gk update or the night class quizes on reasoning,english and data interpretation.It really helped a lot in my preparation by exposing me to a wide range of questions.

Just a week after the notification was out I enrolled in the on-line test series of career power.Everyday i used to give 1 test and this helped a lot to identify my weak areas and work on them .
As a result my speed got enhanced and accuracy also improved,Hence it is very important to identify the weak areas and it is you only who can do that.No coaching institute can help you in this.What I feel is that a systematic and scientific approach in preparation is very important to crack competitive exams.

At the end I would like to quote the very common but famous saying "Where there is a will,there is a way".If you want something desperately put all your energy and efforts in it and there is no force in the world which will stop you from achieving what you want.
