Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board has issued notification for recruitment of the posts of SCT SIs (Civil) (Men & Women), SCT RSIs (AR) (Men & Women), SCT RSIs (APSP) (Men) in Police Department, Deputy Jailors (Men) & Deputy Jailors (Women) in Prisons and Correctional Services Department and Station Fire Officers (Men) in A.P. Fire & Emergency Services Dept. Further, a separate notification will be issued shortly for recruitment to the posts of Police Constables, Warders and Firemen. In this article, we are providing selection process, eligibility criteria etc.

Start Date to apply online : 5th November 2018

Last Date to apply online : 24th November 2018

Admit Card: 8 davs before the date of Preliminary Written Test.

The Preliminary Written Test will be held on 15.12.2018 (Sunday) 

• Paper-I from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM (3 hours) and 
• Paper-II from 02.30 PM to 05.30 PM on the same day

Total Number Of Vacancy: 334

Note:

• For the Post Code Nos. 11 and 12 - both Men & Women are eligible.
• For the Post Code Nos . 13,1.4 and 16 - only Men are eligible.
• For the Post Code No. 1.5- only Women are eligible.

Age Limit: 

For the Post Code Nos. 11, 12, 13 & 15
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 25 years

For the Post Code No. 14
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years

For the Post Code No. 16
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years

Age will be calculated as on 1st July 2018.

Andhra Pradesh Police Selection Process:

1. Preliminary Exam
2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Final Written Exam
