Hello aspirants!! This article is based on the personal experience of Mr. Shivam Srivastva who appeared for IBPS RRB Scale-1 interview on January 20, 2017. He shared his experience with us so that the other candidates preparing for bank exams can get an idea about what can be asked during an interview.

Document Verification Level: Strictly
Total number of Interviewers: 5 ( 4 Males and 1 Female)

Shivam-May I come in? Good afternoon All of you.

M1- Please Sit, and tell us something about yourself. What have you been doing for the last three years?
Shivam- Sir, I was preparing for bank exams.

M2- What have you prepared for your interview?

Shivam: Sir I have prepared Pradhan Mantri Fasal Beema Yojana, MUDRA bank, Jan Dhan Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Krishi Vikas Yojana.

M4: Can you tell me what is the uniform premium for Rabi and khareef crops under Prandhan Mantri Krishi Vikas Yojana?
Shivam: I told them that premium for Khareef-2%, Rabi-1.5% and for Horticulture-5%.

M2- How can you find, who is eligible for Loan?
Shivam: Answered.(80% satisfied )

M2- Tell us something about About Sishu, Kishore and Tarun.
Shivam- Describe( satisfied )

M1- What is the Additional facility that is given to JhanDhan Account ?Shivam- Accidental insurance and Pension Plans.(satisfied)

M3- What is basic banking and other services of Bank?Shivam- Told him.

F1- How can you help in making Cashless India, also mention some government plans for doing so and Name some Non-Government companies involved in Cashless India?
Shivam- Answered

M4- What is CBS and how does it help in Banking? (Some business related terms were also asked.)

Shivam: I answered what is CBS but I could not answer the term related questions.
M1- OK Shivam Good Luck.
